How it works.

STEP 1 - WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO ORDER?

Thank you for submitting the Get-A-Quote Form. Our team will get back to you via email within 24 business hours to gather all the necessary information. You will be asked to provide your logo and designs, as well as any other relevant details. We appreciate your interest and look forward to working with you.

STEP 2 - HERE’S YOUR QUOTE!

After we have received all the necessary details, we will provide you with a personalized quote. If you decide to go ahead with your order, a comprehensive invoice will be sent to you via email. You can pay the invoice using your credit or debit card, Zelle, or Apple Pay. Pre-payment is required to continue with your order.

STEP 3 - DIGITIZING & CONVERTING

Once we receive your payment, we will start converting your logo and/or design files to the necessary format for processing your order. We will then send you all of the files for future reference. These files will include DST (for embroidery) and PNG (transparent background).

STEP 4 - MOCK UPS

After reviewing and approving your digitized logo and/or design, we will start creating your mock-ups. You can suggest revisions to your mock-ups until we achieve the look that you desire, within the details of the invoice. However, if you choose to make significant changes at this stage, please keep in mind that it may affect the overall cost and timeline of the project.

STEP 5 - SELECT YOUR THREADS

Once we receive your logo or design, we will send you a selection of thread colors that are either a perfect match or as close as possible to the shades in your design. You will have the chance to approve the thread colors before we begin embroidery. However, please note that designs with special effects such as ombre or glow cannot be achieved using thread. In such cases, we will use the dominant shade in the design.

STEP 6 - LET’S GET TO WORK!

Now that all the details have been approved, it’s time for us to start working on your order!  Once we have completed your order, we will send you photos for your approval before shipping. You’re welcome to shower us with praises! We will send you the tracking number via email.
